Detection principle:
COD:Measure the total absorbance of unreduced Cr6+and reduced Cr3+at a certain wavelength in a low range. Measure the absorbance of Cr3+produced by reduction at a certain wavelength under high range. After calculation by the microcomputer chip, the COD content (mg/L) is directly displayed.
Ammonia nitrogen:Ammonia nitrogen, which exists in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions, reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a yellow brown complex. The absorbance of this complex is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen content and is measured at a wavelength of 420nm. After calculation by the microcomputer chip, the ammonia nitrogen content (mg/L) is directly displayed.
Total phosphorus:Add persulfate to the sample to convert all phosphorus in the solution into orthophosphate. The orthophosphate in the sample reacts with ammonium molybdate in an acidic medium in the presence of antimony salt to form phosphomolybdic acid, which is immediately reduced by ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. Measure the absorbance at 700nm. After calculation by the microcomputer chip, the total phosphorus content (mg/L) is directly displayed.
Total nitrogen:Add alkaline persulfate to the sample to convert nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen. Under strong acidic conditions, nitrate nitrogen reacts with the color reagent to form a brownish yellow complex, and its absorbance is measured at a certain wavelength. After calculation by the microcomputer chip, the total nitrogen content (mg/L) is directly displayed.
