The BF series low-noise energy-saving fan case has the characteristics of low noise and gas filtration. The impeller adopts forward leaning multi wing blades, the outer shell is a soundproof box, and a filter screen is installed at the air inlet. CLASSIFICATION

Fans are divided into two types according to their installation form: horizontal (W) and vertical (L).

Fans are divided into direct drive (type A) and belt drive (type E) according to their transmission methods.

The direct drive (Type A) fan is divided into BF (A) 20 to BF (A) 120 according to the machine number, with a total of 24 types, and the air volume range is from 2000 to 24000m³/h. The full pressure range is from 190 to 750 Pa.

Belt driven (E-type) fans are divided into 13 types, BF (E) 20 to BF (E) 120, according to their machine numbers. The air volume range is from 2000 to 24000m3/h, and the total pressure range is from 190 to 750Pa.

Processing technology

The impeller and casing of the fan are made of high-quality galvanized sheet metal, all produced in molds using riveting, biting and other methods, with a clean and smooth surface. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.

The soundproof box body of the fan adopts a frame and box plate assembly design. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending unit and stretched in one go (aluminum alloy profile frame can also be used according to user needs). The box plate is made of aluminum zinc plated board, with a clean and beautiful surface, strong corrosion resistance, and a high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing board as the interlayer, which can further reduce noise. The inner layer is galvanized sound-absorbing micro perforated board. The product can be disassembled and assembled on site.
