The hydraulic automatic valve (multifunctional hydraulic control valve series) is a product developed by our company based on the excellent performance of digestion and absorption micro resistance slow closing check valves, hydraulic butterfly valves, and many other valves. It has the functions of electric gate valve, electric butterfly valve, and check valve, and eliminates water hammer hazards through fast and slow closing actions to protect the safety of water pumps and pipeline systems. Hydraulic automatic valve is a new type of control equipment for pump stations with novel structure, advanced performance, and reliable operation at home and abroad, widely used in the outlet pipes of automated drainage pump stations.
2、 Main technical performance and characteristics of BFDZ701HX hydraulic automatic valve:
1 Significant energy-saving effect: the opening and closing components are flat, with small displacement and smooth water flow;
2 Reliable elimination of water hammer: slow closing device and interlocking opening and closing components; Automatically achieve slow closure, unaffected by changes in the actual flow rate and head of the water pump, without the need for professional personnel to adjust on site, with fewer fault points;
3 Reliable sealing and zero leakage: adopting advanced three eccentric hard sealing structure from abroad, achieving the best sealing effect with minimal friction torque;
4 Realizing valve shutdown and pump start: When the inlet pressure reaches the predetermined value (above 0.1Mpa) after pump start, the valve automatically opens, achieving the minimum pump start current to ensure the safety of the motor and electrical control facilities;
5 Implement pump shutdown and valve closure: When the inlet pressure is less than or equal to the outlet pressure after the pump is stopped, the valve will automatically close under the action of gravity;
6 Easy operation and maintenance: simply turn on or off the water pump unit, and the valve will automatically open and close according to the water pump operating procedures. The maintenance and cleaning of components such as filters and throttle valves can be carried out during normal operation of the unit (by closing the inlet and outlet ball valves), and high-quality materials are used for key components, which require minimal maintenance;

4 BFDZ701HX hydraulic automatic valveOperating instructions
1 When starting the pump and opening the valve, the medium at the inlet end enters the rod chamber of the hydraulic cylinder through the ball valve and filter, pushing the piston upward and opening the valve through the transmission mechanism.
2 When the pump is stopped and the valve is closed, if the inlet pressure of the valve is lower than or equal to the outlet pressure, the large butterfly plate of the valve quickly closes under the pressure difference and gravity, cutting off most of the return water. At the same time, the balance hammer drives the small butterfly plate to slowly close through the valve stem, releasing some of the return water, and the valve enters the slow closing stage. Close the valve in the second stage through the throttle valve (slow)
The throttle valve opening can be adjusted to regulate the slow closing speed, thereby controlling the closing time of the valve to eliminate water hammer hazards and protect the safety of the water pump and pipeline system.
5 BFDZ701HX hydraulic automatic valveInstallation type description
1 Hydraulic automatic valves can be installed vertically or horizontally. For the convenience of installation and maintenance, it is advisable to consider horizontal installation when space permits;
2 When the valve is closed, the smooth surface of the butterfly plate is the inlet direction, and the side with the valve stem is the outlet direction. Reverse installation is strictly prohibited.
3 When installing horizontally, in order to improve the stress condition of the pipeline, special brackets or foundations should be set up when the valve diameter is greater than 500mm.

7 BFDZ701HX hydraulic automatic valveinstallation and operation
1 Before installing the valve, carefully check whether all components are intact and whether the pipeline is unobstructed;
2 Valves are best installed on horizontal pipelines. If vertical or inclined installation is required, full consideration should be given to whether installation and maintenance are convenient;
3 Pay attention to the flow direction of the medium during installation, and ensure that the flow direction is consistent with the valve identification;
4 For the convenience of debugging, pressure gauges need to be installed at the inlet;
5 Adjustment of slow closing time: By adjusting the slow growth throttle valve, the slow closing time of the hydraulic automatic valve can be adjusted.
