Introduction to gas turbine flowmeter:
A new intelligent instrument for turbine flow sensor developed using ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology. This type of turbine flowmeter has a complete and compact structure, convenient, intuitive and clear readings, strong reliability, is not easily obstructed by external power sources, is resistant to lightning strikes, and is cost-effective.
A natural gas flowmeter is one of the types of impeller flow meters. The turbine flowmeter consists of a sensor and a conversion display device. The sensor of the turbine flowmeter uses a multi blade rotor, which is used to sense the average velocity of the fluid. The turbine flowmeter then derives the flow rate and total amount of the medium. The rotational speed of the turbine flowmeter rotor can be detected by mechanical, electromagnetic induction, and photoelectric methods, and the turbine flowmeter displays and transmits records based on the reading device. Turbine flowmeter is a high-precision and fast response flowmeter. Nowadays, turbine flowmeters have been widely used in oil plants, chemical plants, research laboratories, the Ministry of National Defense, and various metrology departments.

Advantages of natural gas flow meters:

1. Natural gas flowmeter is one of the three types of industrial instrument products with high repeatability and accuracy, while turbine flowmeter has its own characteristics.
The lightweight structure of turbine flowmeter is not complex, with few parts, light weight, wide flow capacity, and can adapt to high usage parameter requirements. Turbine flow meters have strong anti-interference ability and strong anti impurity ability. Turbine flow meters can release suspended debris in the fluid at any time during rotation, and have strong anti-interference and anti vibration capabilities.
2) The structural principles of the sensors and displays of the turbine flowmeter are very clear and understandable, making it particularly easy for customers to master their usage and maintenance techniques.
4) After replacing the impeller and bearings, the instrument coefficient of the turbine flowmeter remains unchanged.
5) The measurement range of turbine flowmeter is wide, and the lower limit flow rate is low.
6) The measurement error of the fluid is small.
7) Almost no pressure loss, can save energy consumption.
8) Sensors can be installed and used outdoors. It has waterproof function, and the entire turbine flowmeter sensor can be submerged in water for a long time.
9) Sensors with shut-off valves do not require flow interruption during the installation and disassembly of turbine flow meters.
10) Natural gas flow meters can be used in a wide range of environments, including horizontal, vertical, and inclined pipelines.



1、 Overview
The LWQ series gas intelligent turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision and highly reliable precision measuring instrument developed by our company in accordance with the GB/T32021-2015 standard and combined with domestic and foreign flow instrument technology. It integrates temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and intelligent flow integrators. With low and high pressure measurement performance, multiple signal output methods, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances, the LWQ series flowmeter has become a commercial trade measuring instrument that can accurately measure gas accumulation.
This flowmeter is widely used in the measurement of urban pipeline (network) gas, industrial gas, gas pressure regulating stations, energy management, and the measurement or flow control of various non corrosive gases.
The explosion-proof mark is ExdIICT6Gb (explosion-proof type), ExdIIBT4, ExiaIICT4, (Intrinsic safety type). Suitable for Class IIA, IIB, IIC, T1~T2 temperature group explosive gas mixtures in Zone 1.2 hazardous areas (intrinsically safe only).
2、 Main features

4、 The external dimensions of the flowmeter
The flowmeter adopts a flange connection method, and the flange size follows the GB/T 20592-2009 standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The appearance of the flowmeter is shown in Figure 4, and the dimensions are listed in Table 2 (this table shows the flange size at PN1.6MPa).
