The BZS2 type rotary brush aerator is used in the oxidation ditch of sewage treatment plants. Its function is to oxygenate the sewage, promote the circulation and flow of sewage in the ditch, and prevent the sedimentation of activated sludge, so that the sewage and oxygen can be fully mixed and contacted to complete the biochemical process.

The BZS2 rotary brush aerator is a second design that has been improved and enhanced based on the success of the BZS model. The product has the following characteristics:
1. The dedicated spiral cone cylindrical gear reducer driven by a vertical motor has a small footprint, easy process layout, and a large distance between the motor and the liquid surface, greatly reducing the impact of sewage mist on the insulation performance of the motor.
2. The tail bearing structure of the rotary brush aerator is reasonable, and easy to assemble, inspect, and maintain;
1) Adopting a movable tail end bearing seat effectively avoids temperature stress and deformation caused by the axial expansion and contraction of the brush shaft due to temperature changes, ensuring normal operation around the clock;
2) Using lubricating oil for lubrication eliminates the disadvantage of frequent oiling for some similar products, simplifies maintenance work, and saves operating costs;
3) The tail end shaft head shoulder is enlarged to facilitate the detection of the distance between the shaft shoulder and the two end faces of the bearing outer ring, in order to determine the coaxiality between the rotating brush and the output shaft of the reducer;
4) The tail support adopts a self-aligning roller bearing with a tightening sleeve for easy assembly and disassembly;
3. According to user needs, G-type foot mounted or Z-axis mounted reducers can be selected
G. The Z-shaped characteristics are described as follows:
G-type: The transmission end of the rotary brush does not have a bearing seat, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected to the rotary brush shaft through a coupling; When replacing vulnerable parts and repairing the gearbox, temporary supports should be provided for the rotating brush components; The coaxiality requirements for the tailstock and gearbox output shaft are high, installation is complicated, and high precision is required.
The Z-type rotary brush transmission end is equipped with an additional bearing seat, without the need for a coupling; When replacing vulnerable parts and repairing the gearbox, keep the rotating brush components in their original position; The gearbox is easy to install and does not require centering. The installation accuracy requirement for the whole machine is low.
4. The lubrication system of the reducer has oil pressure signal indication and is interlocked with the main engine for control. When the system is blocked or leaks oil, it will immediately alarm and shut down.
