Determination of components: acetaldehyde, methanol, ethyl acetate, n-propanol, sec butanol, acetaldehyde, isobutanol, n-butanol, ethyl butyrate, isoamyl alcohol, ethyl valerate, ethyl lactate, ethyl hexanoate.
Detection conditions: Column temperature of 90 ℃, detector temperature of 135 ℃, vaporization chamber temperature of 135 ℃, carrier gas flow rate of 30ml/min, quantitative analysis using internal standard method. The internal standard is n-butyl acetate.
Other required supporting equipment: high-purity nitrogen, hydrogen, and air sources, workstations.

2、 Determination of Alkyl Ester Acids in Baijiu by Capillary Column

Method principle: This method uses the special capillary column for Baijiu and hydrogen flame ionization detector for detection.
Determination of over 20 components, including C2 to C6 fatty acids
Characteristics: Compared with packed columns, it has higher separation ability, faster separation speed, and better inertness; Compared with small-diameter capillaries, its column capacity is larger, and it does not require strict requirements for injection technology, which can avoid the discriminatory effect caused by diversion. The analysis time is about 15 minutes.
Testing conditions: The initial temperature of the column is maintained at 58 ℃ for 4 minutes, then raised to 120 ℃ at a rate of 3.5 ℃ per minute, and then raised to 198 ℃ at a rate of 6 ℃ per minute for 6 minutes; Vaporization chamber at 220 ℃; Detector at 220 ℃.
