The standard tapping vibration experimental sieve machine produced by our company has working parameters that comply with national standards. It can be used in conjunction with experimental sieves and sample sieves to screen, produce, and inspect powder materials in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, abrasives, superhard materials, food, and medicine.
1、 Working principle
The motor drives the gear through synchronous belt transmission, which drives the main shaft gear to change speed and rotate the main shaft. The main shaft drives the eccentric wheel to make the sliding plate move back and forth, driving the test screen installed in the sliding plate tray to shake left and right. At the same time, the main shaft drives the top rod gear to rotate. After changing speed, the top rod gear hits the top rod through the cam, causing the hammer to hit the top cover of the test screen up and down, making the materials in the test screen and sample screen reciprocate and vibrate up and down. The material particles smaller than the mesh size of the test screen are sieved into the lower test screen. This layer by layer screening ensures that only materials of the same particle size are left in each test screen. Achieve separation of different particle sizes and determine the particle size composition of this material.
2、 Characteristics
1) Accurate transmission: Due to the use of gear transmission, the speed ratio is accurate, ensuring that the screening motion is consistent at the same time every time (the accuracy rate of gear transmission is 99.99%), ensuring the consistency requirements of inspection or production. High screening efficiency and compliance with national standards: This screening method maintains both reciprocating and tapping vibrations during screening, without clogging the screen surface and resulting in fast discharge.
2) Usage method
1: The motor must rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow (three-phase motor) (due to the use of a cam to hit the top rod, the direction will be reversed and unable to rotate).
Method for checking the direction of motor rotation: Before turning on the machine, lift the top rod and then turn it on again. At this time, check the direction of motor rotation. If it is not correct, exchange the wire ends of two phases in the three-phase system and try again. Confirm the correct direction before using it normally.
The direction of the single-phase motor has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
2: The equipment must be fixed before operation. Fixed with foot screws, the equipment can be fixed on the cement floor with expansion screws.
3: Installation of test sieve: Loosen the fastening screws of the tray, move the tray downwards, and load the test sieve (sample sieve, standard sieve) loaded with materials. Then lift the tray to the appropriate position, tighten the fastening screws, cover the flip cover, put down the hammer iron, and set the time to start the machine. Using fixtures of 100 and 75, corresponding sizes of screening sleeves can be used, and special sizes can be customized.
4: The equipment is equipped with a timing device, and users can adjust the usage time. It will automatically shut down when turned on. The first two digits of the adjustment time are minutes, and the last two digits are seconds. Users can adjust the running time according to their own needs.
5: The tapping height of the equipment has been adjusted before leaving the factory. If the user needs it, they can also loosen the fastening nut, adjust the thread of the top rod head to raise or lower it to the appropriate position, and then tighten the nut.
