The basic structure of this series of units consists of three components: induced draft fan, filtration system, and dust collection system. Each part of the equipment is installed in a vertical structure, with a welded steel plate shell and anti-corrosion coating. 2、 Equipment features
Characteristics:

5. The air enters the box after being diverted through the equipment inlet, which can prevent dust accumulation, blockage, and flushing of the filter bag. The filtration area is 100-600m2.
3、 Working principle:

The dusty gas enters the box and is filtered by a flat bag filter. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag. It is sucked in by the fan and directly discharged into the room (or connected to the outside).

As the filtration time increases, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag also increases, and the resistance of the filter bag also increases accordingly, which affects the dust removal effect. Therefore, a self controlled dust cleaning mechanism is used for timed vibration cleaning, or a manually controlled dust cleaning mechanism is used to automatically vibrate for tens of seconds after stopping the machine, so that the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off, and the dust that falls into the dust collection container (drawer) is manually pulled out and removed.
