We have summarized the advantages of various types of bag dust collectors at home and abroad, and designed and manufactured them by combining the principles of cyclone dust collectors and filter type bag dust collectors. We use atmospheric or rotary air back blowing methods for dust removal. In addition, this dust collector also has a built-in high-pressure fan for back blowing dust cleaning, which is not limited by the compressed air source conditions. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low resistance, simple maintenance, reliable operation, few vulnerable parts, and a purification efficiency of over 99%. At the same time, it overcomes the disadvantages of compressed air pulse dust cleaning.

3、 Structure and Purification Principle

The dust collector of this equipment adopts a cylindrical dome structure, with uniform force distribution, high structural strength, and good anti explosion performance. The top cover is equipped with a rotating cover removal device and an operating hole. When replacing the filter bag, it is not necessary to remove the cover and can be operated directly in the top cleaning room. Specifically, it consists of an upper box (dust collector cover, rotating cover removal device, cleaning room, bag changing inlet, observation hole, air outlet), a middle box (flower plate, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide, filter chamber cylinder, air inlet, inlet door), and a lower box (positioning support frame, ash hopper, star shaped ash discharge valve, support). The anti blowing dust cleaning mechanism consists of a rotating arm, nozzle, segmented anti blowing mechanism, circulating air duct, anti blowing pipe, anti blowing machine, rotating arm deceleration mechanism, etc.
