When the resistance of dust accumulation on the surface of the filter cartridge reaches a certain allowable value (usually below 1200Pa), the equipment will automatically activate the cleaning function and perform reverse blowing cleaning on each filter cartridge in sequence during the operation of the equipment, ensuring that the dust collector is always in good working condition. 3、 Equipment structure and usage method

The equipment consists of an outer box, an air inlet, a middle box, a filter cartridge, an upper box, and a lower box (ash hopper or drawer). Dust containing gas is generally drawn into the equipment body through a pipeline by an induced draft fan. Due to a sudden decrease in wind speed, some of the heavier dust will naturally settle into the drawer of the equipment ash hopper, while another part of the finer and lighter dust will be filtered by the outer wall of the filter barrel and remain on the filter cartridge. Clean air passes through the filter cartridge, enters the equipment upper box, and enters the clean air room before being discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan. When dust accumulation causes high resistance in the filter cartridge, the equipment will automatically activate the pulse blowing device, using high-pressure and high-speed airflow to instantly impact the inner wall of the filter cartridge, causing significant vibration and back blowing force, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
