3、 Structure and dust removal principle

8The structure of a filter cartridge dust collector consists of an air inlet, an exhaust outlet, an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper (lower box), a dust cleaning device, an airflow distribution plate, a filter cartridge, and an electrical control device, similar to the structure of an air box pulse bag dust collector.After the dusty gas enters the lower box of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section, the velocity of the dust particles suddenly decreases. The purified clean gas enters the clean air chamber (upper box) and is discharged through the exhaust pipe and fan. The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge. When the resistance reaches a certain specified value, automatic dust cleaning will be carried out. At this time, the pulse valve is controlled to open the pulse blowing valve, and the compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box and enters the filter cartridge in a very short time, causing the filter cartridge to expand and deform, generating vibration. Under the force of the reverse airflow blowing, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge is removed and falls into the ash hopper.
