1、 Overview
Cyclone dust collector is a type of industrial dust removal equipment, also known as cyclone dust collector. The principle of dust removal is to use dusty airflow for rotational motion, separate dust particles from exhaust gas by centrifugal force and gravity, collect them at the bottom of the dust collector, and then rely on gravity to make the dust particles fall into the ash hopper. Cyclone dust collectors were first used in the 1980s and have now developed into various models. According to the exhaust gas inlet method, it can be divided into two categories: tangential inlet and axial inlet. Under the same pressure loss, the latter can handle about three times more exhaust gas than the former, and the airflow distribution is uniform. A regular cyclone dust collector consists of an equipment cylinder, a cone, and inlet and outlet pipes.
2、 Equipment Introduction
Our company producesDF-2 type cyclone dust collectorIt has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, install, and maintain, and has relatively low equipment investment and operating costs. It has been widely used to separate solid and liquid dust from dusty gases, or to separate solid dust from liquids. Under normal operating conditions, the centrifugal force acting on dust particles is 5-2500 times that of gravity, so the efficiency of cyclone dust collectors is significantly higher than that of gravity settling chambers. Most of them are used to remove particles larger than 3 μ m, and the parallel multi tube cyclone dust collector device also has a dust removal efficiency of 90-99% for particles larger than 3 μ m. The cyclone dust collector constructed with special metal or ceramic materials that are resistant to high temperature, wear and corrosion can operate at temperatures up to 1000 ℃ and pressures up to 500 × 105Pa. From the perspectives of technology and economy, the pressure loss control range of cyclone dust collectors is generally between 500-2000Pa.
3、 Advantages
1. After the dust collector is manufactured, it should be sprayed with red lead anti rust paint both inside and outside, and the outer surface should be coated with gray lead oil for anti-corrosion. When there are special requirements in the engineering design, anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out according to the design requirements.
2. When assembling the dust collector, the flange sealing ring should be selected according to the different working gas temperatures. It is recommended to use asbestos rubber gaskets when the temperature is>60 ℃, and rubber gaskets can also be used when the temperature is ≤ 60 ℃.
3. The dust collector requires airtightness and no air leakage. After assembly, a gas test of no less than 300 millimeters of water column (gauge pressure) should be conducted to ensure good airtightness.
