Installation Guide for Beijing Pipeline UV Disinfector:

Step 1: Take out all the accessories and check them.

Step 2: First, install the sealing sleeve onto the open end of the quartz tube as shown in the diagram

Step 3: Install the quartz tube into the stainless steel casing, and then install the sealing ring at the closed end of the quartz tube

Step 4: Tighten the large stainless steel nut with holes on the open end of the quartz tube with a sealing sleeve.

Step 5: Install a sealing ring on the closed end of the quartz tube (if it is tight, please lubricate it with soapy water, and remember not to force it hard, as quartz tubes are fragile and easily damaged).

Step 6: Tighten the stainless steel nut outside the closed end of the quartz tube.

Step 7: Connect the lamp tube to the rectifier (please check the direction of the connection port between the lamp tube and the rectifier, it is rectangular rather than square, so do not plug it hard to avoid damage).

Step 8: Power on the rectifier and check if the lamp will light up. Please note: The indicator light on the rectifier that will light up is green. If the lamp or rectifier is damaged, the lamp will not light up and the indicator light on the rectifier will be red. In future use, the color of the indicator light on the rectifier can be used to determine whether the lamp is working.

Step 9: Insert the tested lamp tube into the open end of the quartz tube (i.e. the end with a stainless steel large nut and hole).

Step 10: Install the sealed protective cover and complete the installation. It can be used when powered on.
