3、 Equipment structure and purification principle

Place the unit in a location that is convenient for dust volatilization, configure corresponding air ducts and vacuum hoods to connect with the dust collector, plug in the power, turn on the fan button, and the dusty air enters the dust collector box from the dust source through the vacuum hood, air duct, and air inlet. As the dusty exhaust gas enters the box, the area suddenly expands and the flow rate suddenly decreases. Large particles of dust are separated from the dusty air under its own weight and sink into the equipment's ash drawer. The remaining dust particles are trapped on the outer wall of the filter due to the filtering, collision, hooking, static electricity, and other effects of the filter element. The purified exhaust gas is discharged through the outlet of the fan. When dust accumulates on the outer wall of the filter cartridge and reaches a certain limit, the equipment automatically turns on the pulse blowback device, using fast high-pressure airflow to impact the inner wall of the filter cartridge, achieving the goal of removing dust. The purified air of this unit can be directly discharged for indoor circulation without any loss of ventilation heat (cooling capacity).
