Maintenance method for belt vulcanizing machine

1. Before use, the insulation resistance of the hot plate should be checked. If it is too low, it should be powered on and dried until the insulation value reaches below 50MPa before use;

2. During the use and transportation process, handle with care and operate in a civilized manner;

3. If working in the field, reliable rainproof and waterproof measures should be taken to prevent being invaded and dampened by rainwater.

4. After using it, it should be placed in a well ventilated warehouse with a relative humidity of no more than 85% and not affected by rain. The bottom should be padded with sleepers, and it is strictly prohibited to place it on the ground.
