The bicycle crusher is a hammer type metal crusher produced by Henan Bochao Machinery. The machine uses the principle of impact crushing to achieve the complete crushing and processing of waste bicycles. The processed waste bicycles are segmented metal objects smaller than 100mm (adjustable in size), thereby minimizing the metallurgical and transportation costs of scrapped bicycles and achieving good economic benefits. The application of Henan Xingming mechanical bicycle crusher has reduced the difficulty and low efficiency of manual operation of waste bicycles, providing convenience for the recycling metallurgy of waste frames.
Bicycle crushers can be used to crush various bicycle frames, wheels, motorcycle frames, paint buckets, cans, and thin iron sheets. The bicycle crushing equipment is made of 20mm-100mm manganese steel plate (specific thickness depends on the model), and the main body is equipped with a hydraulic device. The machine cover can be raised at any time for maintenance. In the operation of the equipment, the machine adopts a feeding machine, crusher, magnetic separator (selected according to the material), discharge machine, dust collector, and control cabinet for automated production operations. Scrap bicycles enter the main chamber of the crushing equipment through the feeding mechanism, and the crushing process of the bicycles is achieved through the principle of internal striking in the chamber. The materials that meet the crushing requirements during the continuous hitting process pass through the sieve screen and are discharged by the discharge mechanism to achieve the segmentation and crushing of waste bicycles.
1、 Application scope
As a large and medium-sized metal crushing and processing equipment, bicycle crushers can be used to crush and process various waste metal materials such as bicycle frames, motorcycle frames, color steel tiles, metal packaging materials, cans, oil filters, etc., in order to reduce the economic and high-efficiency defects caused by manual segmentation and material sorting. This machine also has the following five advantages:
1. Easy to operate, high crushing efficiency, and energy-saving.
2. The casing is opened by a hydraulic mechanism, and the cleaning operation is convenient. Only one person is needed to complete the cleaning of the machine cavity.
3. The machine is made of high-quality manganese steel and will not produce obvious scratches inside the machine cavity during the crushing process of large metal materials.
4. The unique screen replacement mechanism allows for convenient replacement of the machine's working screen outside the chamber.
5. The body adopts a centralized lubrication mechanism, which can effectively protect the precision of the rotor and all parties involved during operation.
