Bicycle crushers can be used to crush various bicycle frames, wheels, motorcycle frames, paint buckets, cans, and thin iron sheets. The bicycle crushing equipment is made of 20mm-100mm manganese steel plate (specific thickness depends on the model), and the main body is equipped with a hydraulic device. The machine cover can be raised at any time for maintenance. In the operation of the equipment, the machine adopts a feeding machine, crusher, magnetic separator (selected according to the material), discharge machine, dust collector, and control cabinet for automated production operations. Scrap bicycles enter the main chamber of the crushing equipment through the feeding mechanism, and the crushing process of the bicycles is achieved through the principle of internal striking in the chamber. The materials that meet the crushing requirements during the continuous hitting process pass through the sieve screen and are discharged by the discharge mechanism to achieve the segmentation and crushing of waste bicycles.
1、 Application scope
