The biological deodorization tower is generally used in combination with two stages. The first stage is humidified, and the second stage is filled with biological materials to treat organic odorous waste gas. The odorous waste gas is collected through a pipeline device and sent to the humidification and washing device of the waste gas system. The humidification circulation device of the waste gas system uses high-pressure atomization nozzles to fully atomize water and mix it with the airflow, quickly making the humidity of the gas to be treated reach saturation, creating good conditions for the stable operation of the biological filtration process. After humidification treatment, the exhaust gas enters the biological filter device from bottom to top through a gas distributor. Microorganisms attached to the packing in the reactor are used to metabolize the pollutants in the exhaust gas into simple inorganic substances and microbial cytoplasm. The odorous components in the aqueous solution are adsorbed and absorbed by the microorganisms, and the odorous components are transferred from the water to the microorganisms. The odorous components entering the microbial cells are decomposed and utilized by the microorganisms as nutrients, thereby achieving odor removal and emission standards.

Due to the need for sufficient contact time between exhaust gas and biological bacteria, the equipment will be large. When the air volume is greater than 1W, biological deodorization filter equipment should be selected for treatment, which has a more rational effect.
The process flow of the biological deodorization tower is that the odorous gas is collected through pipelines and enters the pretreatment device. After being washed with water and humidified, the humidity of the exhaust gas increases. The humid gas then enters the biological deodorization tower to continue the conversion of odorous gas substances. The purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
