Product Overview:
The two-stage crusher, also known as the two-stage sieve free crusher, has two sets of rotors connected in series with upper and lower poles for crushing. The material crushed by the hammer head of the upper rotor is immediately crushed again by the hammer head of the lower rotor rotating at high speed, achieving the best crushing effect. There is no sieve bottom, no strict requirement for material moisture content, no problem of clogging the sieve plate, and no problem of fine powder being unable to be removed in a timely manner or repeatedly crushed; High crushing efficiency, without any ineffective wear of the hammer head; High alloy wear-resistant hammer head, does not need to be repaired after wear, can be used repeatedly when moved, with one pair of hammer heads and three pairs for use. Structure Overview and Characteristics
(1) The machine can be divided into three main parts:
1. Rack section: The normal operation of all machinery relies on a sturdy rack, which is welded with high-quality carbon steel plates and channel steel, and has passed strict product certification and specific process requirements to achieve the purpose of the machine;
2. Rotor crushing part: The rotor structure of this machine is novel and designed reasonably, using double-layer blades for crushing. The crushing effect is twice that of other products. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port and is continuously ground by the double-layer blades to meet the granulation requirements.
3. Transmission connection part: The machine adopts flexible belt transmission. It is driven by an electric motor to drive the pulley and belt, which are directly transmitted to the spindle, causing the spindle to rotate at high speed to achieve the crushing effect.
(2) Structural features:
1. The two-stage crusher adopts two-stage crushing. After the material is crushed by the cutting disc on the rotor disc, it is transported to the crushing chamber for secondary crushing using hammer blades, and finally discharged from the discharge port.
2. The two-stage crusher is not designed with a mesh screen bottom, which will not cause blockage due to wet material crushing, resulting in motor burnout and affecting production.
The 3-stage crusher adopts a high alloy wear-resistant hammer head, and the hammer pieces are forged and manufactured, which are particularly strong and wear-resistant. They are stronger and more wear-resistant than ordinary hammer heads, increasing the service life of the hammer pieces.
4. The two-stage crusher adopts bidirectional gap adjustment technology. If the hammer is worn, it does not need to be repaired. The position of the hammer can be adjusted to continue to be used.
5. The two-stage crusher can be easily operated by only one person, which is not only safe and reliable, but also easy to maintain.

installation and debugging
1. Installation: Before installation, a precast concrete platform needs to be laid on this machine, and the four corners of the semi wet material crusher should be fixed on the platform with foot screws. This facilitates the transportation of crushed materials and prevents the semi wet material crusher from moving. It is also important to note that the belt conveyor used to transport materials should be aligned with the inlet and outlet ports, and a pit can also be dug for material transportation.
2. Debugging: After the installation of the two-stage crusher is completed, it is necessary to first check whether the various components of the semi wet material crusher are fastened. Then conduct a no-load test run without interruption for 8 hours. The temperature of each bearing should rise steadily. At the end of the test run, the temperature of each component should not exceed 50 ℃. After the test run, observe that there is no serious wear or abrasion on each bearing
