Pig plasma protein has high application value and is a high protein food additive. It is widely used in various fields such as biologics, pharmaceuticals, experimental reagents, natural colorants, health foods, and agricultural feed.
In the preparation process of pig plasma protein powder, the plasma separated by a tubular separator still contains 90% -92% water. The dry matter content in plasma is only about 10%. If direct spray drying is used, the energy consumption for evaporation of water is high, resulting in low efficiency of equipment use.From this, it can be seen that further separation and concentration purification of centrifuged plasma can significantly save energy, reduce consumption, and improve the yield of related products.
When the subsequent spray drying process can be pumped and atomized, the concentration of solids in the feed liquid should be minimized.
