The dust collector of Shengjing Boiler adopts a bag type processing method, offline pulse cleaning, and is automatically controlled by the dust collector PLC. With the operation of the dust collector, the amount of dust trapped on the surface of the filter bag increases, and the gas resistance increases accordingly. When the resistance increases to the set value, the PLC can circulate and clean the dust in each room according to the set method (pressure difference control, time control, manual control).

The boiler bag filter starts offline pulse blowing for dust cleaning by shutting down the air in each compartment. The PLC programmable electronic control instrument controls the program according to the set pressure difference, and first closes the exhaust valve of each room to make the filter bag in the room in a state of no airflow passing through. Then, the pulse valve is opened in rows to pulse blow and clean the filter bag with low-pressure compressed air. The cleaned dust is collected in the ash hopper and discharged into the lower ash conveying system through the rotary ash discharge valve. After the filter bag in the room is cleaned, open the exhaust valve to restore the filtering state of the room, and then clean the next room one by one. Each room is equipped with a regulating valve at the air inlet and a shut-off valve at the air outlet, so each room can automatically operate independently to achieve non-stop maintenance. After determining the cleaning cycle and the interval between two cleaning operations, the self-control program switches to timed control.

In order to ensure the operation of the boiler system and boiler dust collector, a flue bypass system is installed. It combines the bag filter body with the bypass system to reduce the trouble of users having to provide separate bypass pipelines. When the temperature of the flue gas entering the bag filter is higher than 190 ℃ or lower than the condensation temperature, in order to protect the filter bag, the automatic control cabinet of the boiler bag filter opens the bypass valve according to the temperature, and closes the inlet and outlet valves of the dust collector. The flue gas enters the bypass pipe and is discharged through the exhaust main pipe. When the temperature returns to normal, the inlet and outlet valves of the dust collector are reopened, and the bypass valve is closed to allow the dust collector to operate normally. The above programs are all implemented by automatic control.

The design of the boiler bag filter technology is reasonable, the structure is simple, the investment is low, the energy-saving operation cost is low, the work is stable, the processing air volume is large, and the operation is simple. The export dust content is lower than the environmental emission standards, which has high economic, environmental, and social benefits. It is currently an ideal dust removal equipment, applied to the purification of high and low volume smoke and dust in industries such as metallurgy, machinery, chemical engineering, and building materials, and has broad prospects for promotion and application.

Design features of boiler dust collector:

1. The equipment is a partitioned structure with different specifications of compartments, which are flexible and convenient to combine, suitable for boilers of different sizes and various site layouts.

2. Under normal circumstances, the service life of filter bags can generally reach two to three years or more.

3. Adopting a three state dust cleaning method, the dust cleaning effect is good, and the operating resistance of the dust collector is low. Due to long-term experiments and research on the spray system, I have mastered the design methods of different filter bag combinations and filter bag lengths.

4. Multiple types of main pipes such as wedge-shaped and stepped entrances are used. Make the airflow distribution in each compartment uniform.

5. The diversion device used in the ash hopper and air duct can reduce system resistance and extend the service life of the filter bag.

6. The use of automated equipment to produce filter bag cage bones can ensure the flatness, smoothness, and accurate size of the bag cage, thereby extending the service life of the filter bag.

7. The flower board produced by the imported multi station automatic punching machine is flat and has good sealing with the filter bag.

8. The sealed inspection door designed and manufactured can prevent air leakage.

9. Low leakage bypass lift valve can prevent short circuit of flue gas.

10. A top cover that is sealed and insulated.

11. The automatic control equipment has three control modes: differential pressure, timing, and manual. It realizes system control of offline valves, pulse valves, ash discharge valves, bypass valves, etc. of the dust collector.

12. The filter bags come in different lengths to reduce the footprint of the equipment.
