The boiler exhaust muffler produced by our company is a noise reduction device used to control the aerodynamic noise caused by boiler exhaust to the environment. Used for noise reduction in the inlet and outlet ducts of various centrifugal and ventilation fans. It is mainly used for effective noise reduction of steam emissions from industrial boilers in power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile and other industries, and is an important measure to eliminate steam emission noise.

After passing through multiple holes, the steam is depressurized and reduced in the resistance expansion chamber. The airflow is then sprayed out through small holes, and the sound power of its frequency band has been reduced after spraying. The frequency of the sound pressure level is pushed up to above 20000Hz, and its noise is greatly weakened. Some frequencies of secondary noise still need to be further reduced. Installation instructions:
1. The muffler equipment should be installed perpendicular to the roof of the factory, and the muffler bracket should be fixed to the factory building with steel brackets.
2. To increase the wind resistance of the factory roof at high altitude, the muffler adopts a supporting support. The exhaust pipe in front of the muffler should have an expansion bend to absorb thermal expansion. If the original exhaust pipe section is already equipped with a drain valve in the vertical direction, the expansion bend can be omitted.
3. The bottom of the muffler equipment body is designed with drainage pipes or holes, and the holes should be checked for smoothness. The exhaust pipe should pass through the opening of the factory roof platform and be covered with a thin steel plate to prevent rain.
4. In principle, one safety door is equipped with one muffler. There are two types of safety doors: single seat and double seat. For the double seat type, the exhaust pipe can be merged into a main pipe and connected to the muffler during installation. However, for the double seat type safety door with a large exhaust volume, two mufflers can also be installed.
5. For small displacement silencers used for deaerators, jet type air extractors, etc., the external design is tubular and the installation is relatively simple. The muffler equipment is installed vertically along the walls and columns of the main factory building. Install steel sliding brackets on walls and columns, and install silencers and pipelines on them. The discharge outlet of the silencer equipment should face the direction of the roof. It should be noted that when using sliding bracket installation, fixed supports can be omitted.
