overview
Boiler steam flowmeterThe function and classification of flow meters for measuring steam boilers and hot water boilers. Flow meters are widely used to measure the flow rate of boiler steam and feedwater. Measuring the flow rates of steam and feedwater not only provides reliable data for operators to adjust combustion and feedwater flow rates in a timely manner, but also provides a basis for efficiency testing of boiler equipment and economic accounting. The flow measurement system composed of vortex flowmeter is simple, easy to maintain, and has good economy. This series of vortex flowmeters strictly follows the principle of reliability in their design, adopting a structurally simplified optimization design scheme, and achieving high universality and interchangeability of all product components; The circuit components use new components with high reliability indicators, surface mount technology, and eliminate low reliability components such as potentiometers and connectors, significantly improving the overall reliability indicators of the machine.
