2. The specially designed bottle drop groove can accommodate bottles with similar sizes without the need to replace the drop groove, saving investment. For example, if the diameter of the bottle is the same but the length has changed by 30mm, there is no need to replace the bottle drop groove. Only appropriate adjustments need to be made to the bottle drop groove to achieve this. But when the diameter and length of the bottle change, some components need to be replaced to adapt to the larger changes in bottle shape.
3. The lower part of the cylinder is equipped with a maintenance port, which facilitates maintenance personnel to enter the bottom of the machine. Maintenance lighting fixtures are installed inside the cabinet.

1. Equipment process
Bottle storage, bottle bucket, bottle sorting, and sliding to the bottle outlet duct
2.1 Enhancing Institutions
The entire working process of the bottle sorting machine and lifting machine is automatically completed by PLC
The lifting mechanism consists of a bottle hopper, lifting belt, frame, etc., and the operation and stop of the lifting mechanism motor are controlled by PLC.
2.2 Bottle discharge mechanism
The bottle discharge mechanism consists of three parts: the main unit, the fan, and the bottle outlet. The main unit sends the bottles to the workstation, and the bottle turner corrects the bottles. Then, the PET bottles are sent to the air delivery track through the outlet.
3. Installation and debugging of equipment
Our company will send professional engineers to participate in the unpacking inspection and guide the installation at your designated time. They will be responsible for equipment debugging and training machine operators to master the machine proficiently free of charge, and the equipment will be debugged to normal operation. Ensure successful debugging within 30 hours when external conditions such as electricity and gas supply permit.
When the equipment leaves the factory, it is packaged separately: the installation of the equipment is carried out according to the original workshop layout. Fix the equipment with anchor bolts, adjust the bottom bolts of the equipment to keep them horizontal and ensure that the equipment is stable and reliable.
It is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of indoor air and compressed air to avoid contamination of bottles.
After the static installation of the equipment is completed, first check that there is no looseness in the fasteners, add lubricating oil to the bearings, then turn on the power, jog the switch to check the direction of motor operation, start the equipment after checking for errors, run it empty and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment operation. Parameter adjustments can only be made after the equipment is normal.
