The box crusher is the latest generation of crushing machinery equipment manufactured by our company by absorbing advanced technologies from both domestic and foreign sources, integrating the principles of ordinary heavy hammer crushers, impact crushers, vertical axis heavy hammer crushers, and various hammer heads (plate hammers) for impact crushing of stone materials. Working principle of box crusher:
The stone material falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After hitting each other, the stone material will form vortex motion between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple mutual strikes, friction, and crushing until it is crushed to the required particle size.
