Brookfield Ultra Low Viscosity Adapter (Reinforced)
1、 Product Introduction:
The Brookfield enhanced ultra-low viscosity adapter ULA can be used in conjunction with any Brookfield standard viscometer and rheometer to accurately and repeatedly measure low viscosity objects. Both Newtonian and non Newtonian fluids are applicable. It is most suitable for use with LV series models (at a speed of 60rpm, LV models equipped with ULA can measure a viscosity range of 1-10 cP). The ultra-low viscosity adapter ULA consists of a precise cylindrical rotor and a precise tubular sleeve (sample cup). The rigorous cylindrical structure design that conforms to rheology enables precise viscosity measurement and shear rate determination.
The bottom of the tubular sample cup has a detachable bottom cap, which can be removed to place the sample cup into a beaker or sink for use. When putting on the bottom cap, the sealed sample cup can be placed in a constant temperature water bath for constant temperature control, or paired with a ULA-40Y water bath jacket for precise temperature control. The working temperature range of ULA is from 1 ℃ to 65 ℃. If higher temperature requirements are needed, a sealed sample cup must be used, while an open sample cup is easier to clean. Working temperature range:- 1 ℃~100 ℃.

5、 Sample cup replacement is convenient and fast:
1. Simply release the knob and the sample cup can slide out
2. Multiple sample cups can be used interchangeably for rapid testing of multiple samples
3. You can choose to connect the rotor to the viscometer during sample loading, or remove the rotor together with the sample cup
4. When the sample cup/rotor is removed, the water bath jacket can still be retained on the viscometer, saving operation time
