Working principle:

After the transport vehicle enters the position, open the corresponding number of rod valves. Press and hold the control cabinet“Lowering button”After the feeding head is in place, it will automatically disconnect the power supply of the lifting motor. Press“Loading button”When entering the material control state, the auxiliary supporting equipment will start working accordingly. The dust generated by unloading will enter the dust collector through the feeding hopper and be purified by the telescopic dust collection hose. When the material in the feeding head is full, the feeding head will rise while sounding an alarm. The rising distance should be set before loading. When the feeding head is full, repeat the above actions. Installation:

　　1. During construction, according to the installation foundation diagram of Shenghui Technology, the bottom discharge holes and embedded parts should be reserved for installation and use.

　　2. Mechanical installation must comply with national installation standards.

　　3. All pipe, valve, and flange connections shall be sealed with sealing materials and tightened with bolts.

　　4. Connect the electrical control wires correctly.

Installation steps of clinker bulk machine:

　　1. Compare the shipping list and check if it matches the physical item;

　　2. According to the installation diagram, fix the position of the bulk machine bracket to ensure accurate positioning and firm fixation with the foundation;

　　3. Install the expansion device so that the upper flange of the expansion device is connected to the lower flange of the bracket;

　　4. Install the unloading connection pipe on the bracket;

　　5. Installation of electric sector valve or pneumatic rod valve for clinker bulk machine, with the discharge end connected to the discharge connection pipe flange;

　　6. Install manual rod valve;

　　7. Produce and install non-standard components to connect the flange of the non-standard component to the manual rod valve.

　　8. Install the unloading dust cover and telescopic dust collection hose;

　　9. Install the winch device, rope release switch device, and connect the steel wire rope;

　　10. Install the control cabinet and connect the control circuit.
