The bundle tube monitoring system is specifically established to ensure safe production in mines. It mainly uses infrared technology to analyze the composition of underground gases, achieving 24-hour online continuous monitoring of gas content such as CO, CO2, CH4, O2, N2 (calculated values), and predicting changes in their content.
This system is widely applicable to the prediction and prevention of natural fires in various types of coal mines, including large, medium, and small ones. The bundle tube monitoring system mainly consists of dust filters, single tubes, bundle tubes, water vapor filters, branch boxes, vacuum pumps, gas sampling control cabinets, monitoring microcomputers, bundle tube dedicated chromatographs, print output devices, network cards, system software, etc.
