1、 Overview
This equipment is used to measure the deformation of concrete that increases over time while maintaining a constant load at a certain stress level.
The equipment complies with the "Test Method for Long term Performance and Durability of Ordinary Concrete" GB/T50082-2009;
The compressive creep test of hydraulic concrete test code SL352-2006.
2、 Technical features
1. Adopting an internal and external dual spring structure design, it facilitates spring positioning and ensures uniform elastic force on the specimen;
2. The spring is made of high-quality 60Si2Mn material processing, high strength, long fatigue life, and small permanent deformation;
3. Optimized loading bracket structure design, convenient for users to perform specimen positioning, pressurization device positioning, sensor fixation, leveling, and operation;
4. Yuhuan Cable Force: Rated working pressure 70MPa, low/high pressure flow rate 5L/min/9L/min
5. The bottom of the loading bracket is equipped with a foot fixing device, which is safe and stable during use;
6. After pressurization to the rated pressure, fix the adjusting nut and the instrument displays the current pressure. When the deformation pressure of the specimen under long-term pressure is insufficient to the rated pressure, the hydraulic system is manually activated to increase the pressure to the rated pressure and tighten the adjusting nut;
7. The pressure plate is made of high-strength steel with high stiffness and stable performance;
8. After the equipment is assembled, it can be transported as a whole and lifted and fixed by the user before use;
9. The accessories are complete and the test can be conducted on site.
