The CAV series silicon micro accelerometer is an ultra small and thin piezoresistive MEMS impact sensor. 1. Test conditions: Supply voltage+10Vdc, room temperature (excluding thermal zero drift), thermal zero drift is tested at upper and lower operating temperatures and room temperature.
When installing sensors, they should be fixed firmly as much as possible to avoid loosening and introducing measurement errors. During installation, avoid external force squeezing the sensor and damaging its internal structure.
