Set parameters such as dispensing volume, dispensing frequency, dispensing time, suction angle, and interval time to complete liquid filling
Programming mode
The liquid distribution process can be divided into up to 5 steps, with parameters such as total liquid volume, distribution frequency, and interval time set.
Step 1: Start delay;
Steps 2, 3, and 4: Set the percentage of total liquid distribution and the distribution time for each stage
Step 5: Reverse the pump and suck back to prevent liquid leakage
Typical application: First, fill quickly. When the bottle is about to be filled, adjust to slow speed to ensure efficiency and prevent liquid overflow
Press the toggle button (DG-1A, DG-1B including toggle button) or at the card angle to remove the card
Place the hose in the groove of the card, and use STOP at both ends to secure the hose to the card. Require a STOP spacing of 72mm to ensure consistent flow rate across all channels
Place the cards with hoses installed in sequence into the pump body to complete the hose installation
Optional RS485 communication module, external signal control, USB and DB15 optional
Optional foot switch to control start and stop; Or optional start stop control module, matched with filling production
