The CBF series multi wing low-noise kitchen fume exhaust centrifugal fan is designed and manufactured by our company's technical department using and absorbing the American 'LAV' brand impeller, 11-62 series and CF series multi wing blade structure forms, and in response to the difficulty of cleaning oil stains in kitchen fume exhaust using their impellers. With our company's years of production and market research on multi wing fan impellers, we have carefully studied and improved them, and designed and manufactured them with exquisite advanced technology and rich experience.
The machine adopts a compact production structure, with high suction power, stable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, and easy installation and maintenance. Due to its reasonable design, significant energy saving, high production efficiency, and good quality, it is highly welcomed by users.
The CBF series is widely used for transporting air and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and non viscous. The maximum temperature should not exceed 80 ℃, and dust and hardness particles should not exceed ≤ 150mg/m3.

The CBF series fans are designed with Type A (direct motor connection, single inlet) and come in eight machine numbers: No. 2.8, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 6.5, and 7;
The fan can be made into two types: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed cyclone fan, represented by "right"; otherwise, it is called "left";
The air outlet position of the fan can be made at 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °.
Standardized production of the whole machine, using laser, molding and embedding processes
This fan is mainly composed of an air inlet, impeller, casing, motor, etc.
Impeller: Made of steel plate, consisting of 40-80 thin circular arc blades riveted to the disc and wheel cover, and calibrated for static and dynamic balance, it has good aerodynamic performance, low noise, and smooth operation.
Shell: Made of high-quality steel plates welded into a whole structure, the shell snail tongue adopts a new type of noise reduction structure, which has good noise reduction effect. The casing can be made of stainless steel according to the user's requirements.
Air inlet: Made of ordinary steel plate with converging streamlined shape and welded to the front cover plate to form an integral structure
