1、 Working principle: The dusty gas is sucked into the inlet of the dust collector by the ventilation fan, and the airflow turns downwards to impact the water surface, with some larger dust particles being injected into the water. When dusty gasesWhen passing through the "S" shaped channel between the upper and lower blades at a speed of 18-35 meters per second, a large amount of water splashes are stirred up, which fully contact with the water vapor. The vast majority of fine dust particles mix into the water, allowing the dust containing gas to be fully purified. After passing through the "S" - shaped channel, the water that obtained the dust particles returned to the funnel due to the centrifugal force. The purified gas is discharged from the dust removal unit through the clean air outlet and ventilation fan after removing water droplets from the water baffle outside the mist separator. The mud is regularly discharged through the discharge valve of the funnel. New water is replenished through the water supply pipeline. The water level inside the unit is controlled by the overflow tank. When the water level exceeds the overflow pipe, the water flows into the water seal and is discharged through the overflow pipe. The automatic water level control device placed on the overflow tank can ensure that the water level fluctuates within a range of 3-5 millimeters, thereby ensuring stable high efficiency and water conservation of the unit. The upper part of the overflow box is connected to the clean air mist chamber through a ventilation pipe, so that both have the same height of water surface. The water in the overflow tank is connected by inserting it into the lower part of the dust collector to maintain a stable water surface in the overflow tank.

1. Box body
