CH and CHY gear pumps are used to transport various mechanical oils, turbine oils, and other media with lubricating properties and similar properties that do not contain solid particle impurities and have viscosity below 200 ° E (1500mpa. s), with a temperature not exceeding 120 ° C.
Remarks:
CH and CHY type gear pumps are positive displacement pumps. Its structure has self-priming ability, stable pulsation during oil transportation, high pressure, low wear, long service life, high application and efficiency.
Scope of application:
CH and CHY gear oil pumps are used in national defense research, petroleum, chemical, power generation, metallurgy, transportation, pharmaceuticals, food and other departments. According to the process requirements, thermal oil pumps, asphalt pumps, and anti-corrosion pumps can also be dispatched.
Structural points:
CH and CHY gear pumps are equipped with valves as overload protection, and the full reflux pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure, which can be adjusted appropriately within the range required by the user's actual process. But this valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation, and can be installed separately on the pipeline if necessary.
