Composition and characteristics of automatic cleaning system: CIP in cleaning system refers to the automatic cleaning of equipment (tanks, pipelines, pumps, filters, etc.) and the entire production line by spraying and circulating a certain temperature of cleaning solution through a sealed pipeline on the inner surface of the equipment within a predetermined time without the need for manual disassembly or opening. It mainly consists of single or multiple cleaning solution storage tank pipelines, distributors, booster pumps, flow pumps, pneumatic control valves, acid-base metering pumps, plate heat exchangers, temperature controllers, conductivity detectors, liquid level controllers, PLC touch screens, control cabinets and other components. It is easy to operate, safe to work, low labor intensity, high work efficiency, thorough cleaning, and can achieve sterilization at the same time, ensuring hygiene requirements and improving product quality. The cleaning process adopts pipeline technology, which can reduce the workshop area. Detergents can be recycled with high utilization rates, and steam and water are also relatively economical. There are few vulnerable parts, and the equipment has a long service life. Suitable for cleaning large, medium, and small equipment, the cleaning work can be programmed and automated.
