CL500 continuous online chlorine analyzer, accurate and reliable, used for measuring residual chlorine and total chlorine residue. The CL500 online chlorine monitoring instrument uses a reliable and economical colorimetric DPD (N, N-diethyl-phenylenediamine) chemical analysis method, which has been proven to be the most accurate method for measuring residual chlorine or total chlorine. Without wear and tear on pumps or mixing components, the CL500 online chlorine monitor provides reliable operation with minimal maintenance.
The CL500 continuous online chlorine analyzer stores reagents according to user selectable sampling settings, with a sampling cycle time of 90 seconds to 10 minutes. The small capacity reagent and sample chamber of CL500 continuous online chlorine analyzer can save reagent costs and reduce water consumption. The detachable sample cup is easy to clean and maintain, and the visible sample chamber allows for clear observation of the sample cup during instrument sampling.
The CL500 continuous online chlorine analyzer provides a programmable 4-20mA output signal, which can be used for data loggers to generate reports or control chemical feed systems. There are also two user selectable high/low limit relays that can trigger automatic dialers or local alarm systems for system failures. The casing of the CL500 continuous online chlorine analyzer occupies a small space, is corrosion-resistant, and has a protection level of NEMA 4X (IP66), making it easy to install in almost any space.
