With the rapid progress of the social economy, in the field of ultrafine powder processing, traditional ultrafine powder processing equipment is facing increasing demands for ultrafine powder applications. Due to its generally low production capacity, it is difficult to meet market demand. The low production capacity seriously restricts the development of modern ultrafine powder processing enterprises. In response to current market demand, Shanghai Kolelic has introduced ultrafine vertical grinding technology from Taiwan and Germany based on years of experience in grinding machine production. A new type of ultrafine grinding equipment, CLUM series ultrafine vertical grinding machine, has been designed and developed, which integrates grinding, grading, conveying, secondary powder selection, and finished product packaging. The product fineness can reach 400-3000 mesh, breaking through the bottleneck of low ultrafine powder processing capacity. Structural composition
The CLUM series ultrafine vertical grinding machine is mainly composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a grinding wheel device, a grinding disc device, a pressure device, a powder selector, a feeding device, an oil station, a main engine, an electronic control system, and other parts.1. Grinding wheel device: The main component for crushing materials, which has no power output and operates passively due to the frictional force in contact with the material.
2. Grinding device: The grinding area of the material is connected to a reducer and rotates on its own.
3. Pressure device: Control the gap between the grinding wheel and the grinding disc to ensure the pressure of the grinding wheel during the grinding process.
4. Powder selection machine: With a multi head powder selection structure, it utilizes the principle of rotational centrifugal force to achieve fine powder screening and filtration in continuous production. It is an efficient and energy-saving powder selection device.
Working principle
The host motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, while the airflow generated by the high-pressure fan enters the host through the air inlet. The material is fed into the vertical mill host through the feeding screw and falls into the center of the grinding disc. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material disperses from the center of the grinding disc to the surrounding areas. When passing through the roller track area on the grinding disc, it is directly crushed by the pressure of the grinding roller, and the small particles are further crushed by inter particle grinding after being compressed until powder is formed. The powdered material continues to move towards the edge of the grinding disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at the inlet. When the material in the airflow passes through the upper powder selection machine, the coarse particles fall back into the grinding disc again under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating impeller. The qualified powder passes through the powder selection system with the airflow and is collected by the dust collector, which is the finished product.Technical Parameter
