3. Monitoring electrode function: Each calibration result is recorded for easy query and analysis of electrode variation patterns.
4. Digital clock function: provides a time reference for various functions.
5. Excellent display mode: A 192 × 64 dot matrix LCD screen with backlight is selected to achieve the display of graphics and Chinese. Adjustable uniform background light allows for clear observation of operations even in dim outdoor conditions.
6. Instrument stability without crashing: The watchdog program ensures that the instrument operates continuously without crashing.
7. Output current setting and checking function: Manual current source function, which can check and set the output current value arbitrarily, making it convenient to detect the recorder and lower computer.
8. Software setting current output mode: The software selects 0-10mA, 4-20mA, or 0-20mA output without the need for the user to turn any switches.
9. Three calibration methods: In addition to the traditional one point and two-point calibration methods, there are also manual input of zero point E0 and slope S to meet the needs of customers in various situations.
10. Calibration intelligence: The calibration instrument can intelligently determine whether the electrode is stable in the buffer solution and whether the electrode has failed and needs to be replaced.
Excellent network functionality
CN111AThe series of instruments retains the traditional isolated current output function. The RS485 communication interface provided allows the instrument to be easily connected to a computer for monitoring and communication. Up to 254 meters can be directly connected to a microcomputer using two pairs of twisted pair cables, forming a monitoring network that enables digital transmission of multiple variables over long distances (within 10 kilometers) and remote control and operation of instruments.
Product advantages
The instrument housing adopts FIBOX's polycarbonate sealed box shell, with two independently separated terminal wiring compartments, in compliance with the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) standard 250-1991, and the enclosure grade of electrical equipment is NEMA-4X;
Automatic temperature compensation function
The pH value of the tested solution is greatly affected by temperature changes. This table has an automatic temperature compensation function, which can convert the slope obtained by the electrode at the calibration temperature to the slope at the current temperature according to the Nernst formula, thereby obtaining the correct pH value at the current temperature. This table can automatically convert the pH values of pure water and ammonia added ultrapure water into values at 25 ℃ and display them, in order to meet the requirement of various pH values based on 25 ℃ in the "Guidelines for Water and Steam Chemical Supervision of Thermal Power Plants" for power systems.
Alarm lag cancellation
The contacts of the instrument alarm relay are used to connect the corresponding control electrical appliances (such as solenoid valves, etc.) to the user to form a control system. In order to avoid shaking of relay contacts near the alarm point, a hysteresis cancellation method is used in the secondary meter. When the preset alarm upper (lower) limit is reached, the relay immediately closes and a pH value alarm appears on the screen. But when the pH value drops (rises) to the upper (lower) limit of the alarm, the alarm will not be immediately cancelled. It will only be eliminated when the pH value continues to drop (rise) by another Δ pH, that is, the return difference value (usually Δ pH is set to 0.05pH).
Recorder function
The instrument has a digital recorder function, which can simultaneously display historical curves and query pH values at specific points and times on the same screen. The storage interval time can be set by the user (1-60 minutes), and the pH value and corresponding time of each point can be queried through the menu, or the specified time can be queried. The 'historical curve' reflects the overall trend and process of water quality changes, which is conducive to identifying and solving problems. The 'timed fixed-point' will obtain the specific measured pH value at a specific point and time.
dynamic compensation
There are sometimes differences between the measured values of online instruments and laboratory instruments, with the main reason being the different measurement environments: dynamic and static, closed and open. The dynamic compensation function of the instrument eliminates the difference between the two, making the online table consistent with the laboratory table.
Range setting
The CN111-A transmitter can set the output range arbitrarily within the measurement range. The measurement range of the transmitter is 0-14PH, and the output current is 4-20mA. By default, 0PH corresponds to 4mA output, and 14PH corresponds to 20mA output. Users can set the pH value corresponding to the 4-20mA output as needed. For example, if the user requests a pH range of 2-12PH corresponding to 4-20mA, set the upper limit of the range to 12PH and the lower limit to 2PH.

Precautions for use
Maintenance of the transmitter: The main task is to clean the transmitter, inspect its appearance, and check for any damage to the cables. The transmitter is an electronic device, and an unsuitable usage environment may cause damage to the transmitter.
1. Using the instrument in an environment above 60 ℃ may cause damage to the instrument.
2. Incorrect power supply or power fluctuations can cause damage to the instrument.
3. Collisions or drops of instruments can cause damage to the instruments.
4. Moisture, corrosion, and air pollution can cause damage to instruments.
Cleaning of transmitter: Ensure that the transmitter cover is tightly closed and use a clean damp cloth to wipe the outside of the transmitter.
Transmitter inspection: Regularly check whether the instrument is working properly, regularly inspect whether the panel, terminals, switches, buttons, etc. are dirty, and clean and blow them clean if necessary.
