2. Structural characteristics

Composed of compressed air blowing and cooling system, it is a frame vertical structure.
The machine base and crossbeam are both box type structures, optimized by finite element design. Before welding, all steel is processed by a pre welding milling machine to ensure that there are no gaps between the plates. After welding, residual stresses are eliminated by a tempering furnace, resulting in good overall rigidity and accuracy retention.
The up and down (Z-axis) movement and the clamp front and back (X-axis) movement are both controlled by a CNC system, driven by AC servo motors and ball screw linear guides, with high control accuracy and precise positioning.The left and right (A-axis) movement of the crossbeam adopts the MITSUBISHI CNC system, a closed-loop servo system motor drive, and a helical gear and rack pair transmission, which has the characteristics of high speed and strong load capacity.
The hydraulic pressing system is adopted, which can adaptively press the back and front of the workpiece according to different plate thicknesses, effectively ensuring the pollution of the plate and the environment and temperature. It is one of the effective measures to ensure machining accuracy and repeatability.
The compressed air blowing and cooling system can not only prevent cutting waste from scratching the surface of the workpiece, but also improve the service life of the tool by cooling it.
Add multiple pairs of blowing systems on the same side of the machine's pressing system to greatly ensure the collection of waste materials
