In the quality monitoring and optimization control of natural gas, CO2 is an indicator that needs to be measured at all times, and the measurement range can range from 0-5% to 0-30% depending on the application. Some chemical processes for hydrogen sulfide removal are fine tuned by adding as much CO2 as possible to achieve better values without exceeding the usual pipeline limit of 2-4%. CO2 is also a byproduct of combustion and needs to be quantified.

The M90 dual path infrared CO2 analyzer can continuously measure and calibrate the measurement errors formed by the first generation single path infrared detector in the short or long term. The analyzer is designed to be compact, with a power consumption of less than 2W, and can provide linear analog or digital signal output. The adjustable output control contact signal is optional. This analyzer has a high cost performance ratio and can be used for Class 1, Division 1 GroupsC&D hazardous area, standard range is 0-20% CO2, other ranges can be set as needed.
