CQ(G)The CQ (G) high-temperature magnetic pump is a new type of pump that uses the working principle of permanent magnet couplings to transmit torque without contact. When the prime mover drives the outer magnetic steel rotor, the magnetic field drives the inner magnetic steel rotor to rotate synchronously. The inner magnetic steel rotor and impeller are connected as a whole, thus achieving the goal of non-contact driving the impeller to rotate. Due to the replacement of all components that cannot withstand high temperatures in the overcurrent part of the pump by new materials, and the use of air cooling, the inner and outer magnetic steel will not "demagnetize" due to high temperatures. Therefore, the CQ (G) high-temperature magnetic pump is a fully enclosed, leak free, and high-temperature resistant high-tech pump type, completely eliminating the inevitable problems of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking in mechanical sealed centrifugal pumps.
2、 Product Usage:
The overcurrent components of the pump are made of stainless steel (304, 316L) and are widely used in departments such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, water treatment, and national defense. 3、 Applicable temperature:
The normal operating temperature of this pump is within 200 degrees, and a customized insulation jacket can be used to insulate the high-temperature medium being transported, in order to prevent some media from "vaporizing" or "crystallizing" below a specific temperature, which more effectively protects the normal operation of the pump.
