CQB type magnetic driven centrifugal pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is usually composed of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is to use a magnetic coupling to transmit power without any leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal, there is no leakage at all. The CQB type magnetic driven centrifugal pump is a new type of completely leak free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s. The type and basic parameters of CQB type magnetic drive centrifugal pump comply with the JB/T7742-1995 "Type and Basic Parameters of Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump" standard and the "Supplementary Provisions for Three Standards of Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump".

The overcurrent part of CQB type magnetic driven centrifugal pump is made of all stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkalis, neutral solutions and gases. The double spiral groove carbon graphite bearings and hard alloy shaft sleeves have strong wear resistance, ensuring the service life of the product and making it an ideal pump for leak free transportation of corrosive media.
4 CQB stainless steel explosion-proof magnetic drive centrifugal pump product usage
CQB type magnetic driven centrifugal pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense, etc. It is an ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids as well as various corrosive liquids. Suitable for conveying liquids without hard particles and fibers with a suction pressure not exceeding 0.2MPa, a working pressure of 1.6MPa, a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃, a density not exceeding 1600kg/m3, and a viscosity not exceeding 30 × 10-6m2/S.

6 Installation and use of CQB stainless steel explosion-proof magnetic drive centrifugal pump
2. When the suction liquid level of CQB magnetic pump is higher than the pump axis line, the suction pipeline valve can be opened before starting the magnetic drive pump. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. Before using the magnetic drive pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
4. Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.
5. After the magnetic drive pump motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters normal working condition, adjust the discharge valve to the desired opening.
6. Before the magnetic drive pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.
7 Precautions for using CQB stainless steel explosion-proof magnetic drive centrifugal pump
2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the inlet of the magnetic drive pump; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. The ambient temperature of the magnetic drive pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
4. The medium and its temperature transported by the magnetic drive pump should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table for details). The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is less than 60 ℃, the operating temperature of metal pumps is less than 100 ℃, the conveying suction pressure is not more than 0.2mpa, the working pressure is 1.6mpa, the density is not more than 1600kg/m3, and the particle size is not more than 30 × 10-6m2/s, which is a liquid without hard particles and fibers.
5. Magnetic driven pumps should be cleaned in a timely manner after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump, as the conveyed liquid is a medium that is prone to precipitation and crystallization.
6. After 100 hours of operation of the magnetic drive pump, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
7. The internal and external magnetic couplings of CQB magnetic pump are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following components. Please keep the following components at a distance from this series of pumps. Such as pacemakers, Xinyong cards and other magnetic cards, calculators, computer disks, watches, etc.
