The overcurrent parts of the CQF series magnetic pump are injection molded, which basically solves the problem of easy damage to the isolation sleeve, impeller, etc. of the magnetic pump, making its performance perfect. The magnetic driven centrifugal pump (referred to as the magnetic pump) uses the working principle of the water magnetic coupling to transmit torque without contact. When the magnetic steel rotor of the prime mover is outside, the magnetic field drives the inner magnetic steel rotor to be in contact with the stationary isolation sleeve. Therefore, the magnetic pump is a fully enclosed and leak free pump type, which basically avoids the disadvantages of mechanical seal centrifugal pump running, emitting, and leaking.
The overcurrent components of the pump are made of engineering plastics and widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, and water treatment industries. It is the preferred equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic, and valuable liquids, and is a good choice for creating leak free, pollution-free and civilized workshops.
