The CR1000 data collector is the most cost-effective among Campbell data collectors. It provides measurement, time setting, data compression, storage of data and programs, and control functions for sensors. It consists of a measurement control module and a distribution panel, and has strong network communication capabilities.

The scanning rate of the CR1000 data collector can reach 100Hz, with multiple ports including analog input, pulse counting, voltage excitation conversion, and digital. The peripheral interfaces include CS I/O, RS-232, and SDM, and are powered by a 12VDC external rechargeable battery. For low-temperature environments, users can also choose the low-temperature CR1000-XT data collector.

The high precision, adaptability, reliability, and reasonable price of CR1000 make it an ideal choice for scientific research, commercial, and industrial system applications. At present, the CR1000 data collector has been widely used in many fields such as meteorological observation, agricultural research, soil moisture research, wind observation, road meteorological stations, industrial product testing, flux observation, and eddy covariance systems.

The standard CR1000 data collector contains 4M of data and program storage space, and can achieve 16GB of large capacity data storage through external storage modules and CF memory cards. Data and programs are stored in non amnesiac flash and memory. Lithium batteries are installed on the memory and real-time clock. When the voltage of the preferred battery (BPALK, PS100) drops below 9.6V, CR1000 can also delay the execution of operations, thereby reducing the possibility of inaccurate measurements. CR1000 can be extended through peripheral devices to form a data acquisition system. Many CR1000 systems can build a network to form a monitoring network for the local or entire region.
