The hot air circulation oven is the first product in China, carefully designed and continuously updated by our company to reach the international first-class advanced level. The equipment is a box type and can be disassembled. It is divided into CT type (centrifugal fan) and CT-C (axial flow fan) series products. It uses steam and electricity as heat sources, heated by a heater, and a large amount of hot air circulates inside the box. After continuous fresh air supplementation, it enters the box from the inlet and is continuously discharged from the outlet, which increases the heat transfer effect and gradually reduces the moisture content of the materials inside the box. The ovens produced by our company are equipped with low-noise, high-temperature resistant axial flow fans and automatic temperature control systems. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed, which increases the thermal efficiency of the oven from the traditional 3-7% to the current 35-40%, with a maximum thermal efficiency of up to 70%. The device was released as an industry standard by the National Medical Administration in 1990, with the same model being RXH.

By utilizing forced ventilation, the box is equipped with adjustable air distribution plates, ensuring even drying of materials. The heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity, or far-infrared, with a wide range of options.

The whole machine has low noise, balanced operation, temperature self-control, and easy installation and maintenance. Widely applicable and capable of drying various materials, it is a universal drying equipment.

Main technical parameters and related explanations:

Heating source: dual-purpose steam, electricity, and far-infrared steam, available for users to choose from. Operating temperature: steam heating 50-140 ℃, up to 150 ℃, electricity, far-infrared temperature 50-350 ℃. Backup self-control system and computer control system are available for users to choose from.

The commonly used steam pressure is 0.02~0.8mpa (0.02~8KG/cm2), and the electric heating is calculated as 15KW according to Type I, with a practical range of 5~8KW/h. Special requirements should be indicated at the time of ordering. The price of non-standard ovens is negotiable, and if the operating temperature is greater than 140 ℃ or less than 60 ℃, it should be specified at the time of ordering.
