1、XRFThin film calibration standard sample
MICROMATTERTM specializes in the production of calibration materials for X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) analysis, and calibration standards have become the universal "gold standard" for applications in environmental monitoring, especially in atmospheric pollution measurement and trace analysis.
MICROMATTERTM can produce thin film standard samples for most elements in the periodic table. All MICROMATTERTM standard samples are deposited under vacuum and have high uniformity. The concentration range is from 0.5 to 120 µ g/cm2, and the accuracy of the standard sample is calibrated to ± 5%.
The thickness customized by the customer will also have the above accuracy.

2、RoHSCalibration standard sample
MICROMATTER's RoHS calibration standard samples are multi coated standards using vacuum deposition technology. The RoHS standard sample contains elements such as Cr, As, Br, Cd, Hg, Pb, Sn (other elements specified by the customer can also be added). The concentration range of each element in each layer is from 0.5 to 120 µ g/cm2.
Due to the vacuum coating process used in MICROMATTER's RoHS standards, the film surface has excellent uniformity and consistency, ensuring accurate quantification of RoHS standards
Conduct RoHS standard testing on the ground. The density of each layer of the standard sample is verified using precision weighing and/or XRF spectrometer. The accuracy can be guaranteed to ± 5%.

3. Multi element standard sampleStandard membrane
MICROMATTERTM provides customized multi-element standard samples (up to 6 elements on one film) for customers on polyester film, polycarbonate core pore film, or other background materials provided by customers. These standards are widely used to monitor changes in recognized air quality control laboratory instruments such as EPA and RTI.
