Chromatographic column for pesticide analysis
J&W Technology's low flow loss chromatography columns are ideal for pesticide analysis chromatography. They not only have less loss compared to standard polymers, thereby improving signal-to-noise ratio and the lowest detection limit, but also have a higher temperature upper limit, resulting in shorter analysis time. Analyze the retention information of 100 common pesticides on several low flow chromatography columns, and Agilent also provides several commonly used stationary phases with additional pesticide specific tests to ensure column performance during use.
Recommended chromatographic columns for pesticide analysis
1、 DB-35ms (part number: 123-3832) and DB-XLB (part number: 122-1236) are used for analyzing CLP pesticides, chlorinated herbicides, and EPA method 508.1 pesticides, etc
2、 For other dual ECD applications, such as 8082 PCBs (Aroclors) and halogenated acetic acid, ideal chromatographic columns are also available
3、 DB-5ms (part number 122-5532) and DB-35ms (part number 122-3832) are used for analyzing organophosphate pesticides (EPA method 8141b)
4、 Using retention time locking software and databases, HP-5ms can be used to analyze over 550 pesticides
