Semi volatile compounds
Recommended chromatographic column for volatile compounds
1、 HP-5ms column, used for EPA methods 8270 and 525;
2、 DB-XLB column, used for polychlorinated biphenyls homologues;
3、 HP-5ms or DB-35ms columns for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons;
4、 DB-5ms or DB-XLB column, used for phenolic compounds
Semi volatile compounds are typically extracted from solid samples or other environmental matrices, using GC chromatography columns with more precise retention time repeatability and high-performance mass spectrometers, mainly for situations that require frequent analysis.
DB-5.625 capillary column
1、 Equivalent to (5% - phenyl) - methyl polysiloxane; Non polarity; Specially processed and produced chromatography columns with excellent inertness for EPA semi volatile compound method 62516258270 and CLP method *; Superior to EPA performance standards for semi volatile compounds; Inert to alkaline, neutral, and acidic compounds; Excellent thermal stability and low loss at high temperature limits; Bonding crosslinking; Can be cleaned with solvents
*: Pentachlorophenol, 2,4-dinitrophenol, carbazole, and N-nitrosodianiline are used to test response factors
