Carbolite HTRH-GR graphite tube furnace
1、 Product Introduction:
The maximum temperature of the Kabolette Gallo graphite tube furnace is 2600 ° C. Optional adjustable angle base, capable of adjusting different angles for horizontal or vertical use.
This series of cold wall furnaces uses graphite heating elements and insulation material is graphite felt. In the relatively high temperature range of 400 to 600 ° C, graphite reacts with oxygen in the air, so it needs to work in an inert atmosphere or vacuum. To ensure an oxygen free environment, the tube furnace needs to be placed in a water-cooled vacuum chamber and sealed with an O-ring, which can be pre evacuated and filled with an inert atmosphere before heating.
Graphite felt insulation material has very low thermal conductivity and is an excellent furnace insulation material. Insulation materials of different thicknesses and qualities will be carefully selected according to the maximum temperature of the furnace.
