Carbolite HTRH High Temperature Horizontal Tube Furnace
1、 Product Introduction:
The Kabolette Gallo tube furnace HTRH can be operated in a horizontal position with a maximum temperature of 1800 ℃.
High grade insulation materials have low thermal conductivity, ensuring low energy consumption and fast heating speed. The insulation layer and molybdenum disilicide (Mosi2) heating element are placed inside a rectangular shell for hanging installation, making replacement simple and convenient. At high temperatures, the heating element reacts with oxygen to form a silicon dioxide protective layer on the surface, which protects the heating element from further thermal shock and chemical corrosion.
The three zone tubular heating furnace (HTRH-3) has better temperature uniformity than the single zone heating furnace. In this type of number, each heating zone is equipped with an independent thermocouple and controller. For applications that require preheating of the atmosphere before the reaction, three zone temperature control is particularly useful.
HTRH does not include built-in work tubes and additional work tubes must be selected. The length of the work tube depends on different applications, such as whether it is ventilated or evacuated, and the length will vary.

6、 Attention:
1. When using ceramic working tubes, the heating rate should not exceed 5 ℃/minute
2. 220-240V is a single-phase power supply, 380-415V is a three-phase power supply
3. The length of the uniform temperature zone of the horizontal tube furnace is measured when it is 100 ℃ below the maximum temperature and shielded plugs are installed at both ends
4. The maximum continuous use temperature should be 100 ℃ lower than the maximum temperature
5. The depth of the control cabinet needs to reserve a distance of about 150mm for electrical plugs and sockets
