1、 Scope of application:

The QTJ-200 stainless steel burdock, carrot, potato, and sweet potato slicer is a product independently developed by our company based on customer needs. It is suitable for small-scale processing customers and meets the hygiene requirements of food processing. It is widely used for cutting and slicing standard sections of long vegetables such as radish, burdock, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, cucumbers, etc. This machine eliminates product contamination caused by lubricant leakage, and the cut wires or pieces are of regular size, smooth surface, and free of connected wires or pieces.

2、 Cutting type

1. Wire cutting and strip cutting: According to user requirements, machining can be done by changing the corresponding cutting tools; 2-12mm thick, 2-12mm wide; 20-200mm long thread.

2. Slicing: Remove the comb blade and the machine can be used for slicing.

3、 Specification and size

1. Dimensions: 800 × 600 × 1000

2. Motor power: 1.1KW/2220V/380V

3. Processing capacity: 200-300kg/hour (based on cutting 6mm × 6mm × 200mm strips)
